Winter writing using personification

He makes the grass cold and slippery.  He snaps and breaks the trees.  He sneaks into our house and that is naughty.  He is so, so, so naughty.  He makes the house really cold and chilly when he blows his frosty breath.  He makes my dad’s car icy with his breath.  Then dad has to wipe it off.

He freezes my windows and makes my house snowy.  He chills my mum’s car with his frosty mouth.

By Kyle

He makes my car frosted with his frozen breath.  He blows icicles on the grass.  He freezes my roof.  He dribbles all over my windows.

By Mia

He scares me by howling through the windows.  My house is freezing so I go to my bed.  I get under the covers.  The covers defeat the coldness.

By Ammon

He spits ice on my car and he spits ice on my windows.  Why does he put ice on my car?

By Richard

He spits at my windows and he shakes my house.  When I go outside he has made the grass frozen.
